For some individuals who have participated in several evaluations and are not sure if they need another evaluation, a consultation could be a better option.

Consultations are best scheduled for support with clinical, assessment, supervisory, or forensic (civil and criminal) types of psychological concerns. 

Assessment or testing might be needed for many reasons. Some of the most common are:

• Diagnostic clarification

• Behavioral health treatment planning

• Neurodevelopmental

• Personal insight

• Academic or Occupational support

• Legal proceedings

• Qualified Medical Examiner (QME) evaluations

Dr. Lord has provided continuing education and training for consumers and professionals. Topics range from risk assessments, diagnoses identification, treatment planning, and more. 

Dr. Lord is able to offer assessment supervision or consultation to behavioral health providers. Such needs may include, but are not limited to, training, understanding and navigating unique assessments, and case conceptualization,
